the customers.” Share any food gifts with your fellow workers. If we see food, we eat it!
Plan ahead for holiday party eating. Eat a little lighter for a day or two before the luscious bash. Don’t arrive at the party hungry. (more…)

Low Folate Levels Increase the Risk for Cardiovascular Disease

People with low levels of folate (also known as folic acid), a B vitamin found in green vegetables, liver and yeast, have double the risk of dying from cardiovascular disease than those with the highest levels of folate, according to a study published in the November 27th issue of the Archives of Internal Medicine.

One of the greatest challenges for a new facility may be establishing a strong membership base. But a strong promotional campaign at Health First Pro-Health & Fitness Center laid its worries to rest.

With an opening date of February 1, 1998, Health First kicked off a membership campaign on December 15, 1997. The $74,000 comprehensive campaign included brochures, c, a billboard, radio and print advertising, movie theater advertising, a VIP event and a community open house. (more…)
